The release centers on a rebuilt Bid Editor with a suite of new features designed to help procurement teams work more precisely, respond more competitively, and win more contracts.

Procurement teams can now navigate directly to source material through deep links that connect every requirement in the editor to its exact location in the original RFP, eliminating the need to manually cross-reference documents.

- Answer version history: review and restore previous answer versions after edits or AI actions

- Ask AI on any selection: highlight any text in the editor to query the AI directly
- Collapsible sidebar with full-width answer view: maximise writing space when needed
- Clearer statuses and silent mode: only see the notifications relevant to your bid
- Consolidated bid framework documents: all contract documents gathered in one organized place
Reworked Bid Generation Engine
BidPal 2.0 also introduces a reworked bid generation engine powered by a new AI model with built-in answer validation.
The engine produces more accurate responses that adhere to each tender’s specific format requirements, reducing rework and improving submission quality from the first draft. The result is a more reliable and efficient bid creation process that helps teams spend less time editing and more time focusing on winning opportunities.
Enhanced AI models have also been deployed across the platform’s core products, including the AI Procurement Analyst, AI Bid Writer, and AI Bid Manager.
